Hi Jamie, that's a tasty recipe which I tried upon reading your post. Here is my recipe you can try, its easy to cook and uses less ingredients, called fusilli giganti pasta. This can be a tasty additions for caterers such as catering in manhattan1 tetra pack of Elle and Verre cooking cream 1 tbsp of diced parsley 6 pieces thinly sliced and grilled chicken breast Vegetable stock 1 to 2 pinch of salt and pepper 1 labneh cheese ( a kind of sour cheese from middle eastern and Mediterranean sources) Parboiled fusilli giganti pasta (a large twisted pasta) 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp of garlic and onion (diced) 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese Pre heat the pan and place with olive oil, saute garlic and onion until golden brown and place with cooking cream and vegetable stock ladle. Place with labneh cheese and grated parmesan cheese. Afterwards, with chicken breast and finally the parboiled fusilli labneh. Make sure not to overcook the pasta. Place the cooked pasta in a deep plate bowl and garnish with Parmesan cheese and parsley. Presto and Enjoy!
